2016 年 3 月，集团总部搬迁上海，正荣集团从以前“站
在福州，看全国”，到如今“站在上海，看全球”。
正荣集团再度精准战略定位，地产、服务、资本三大业务
板块已渐清晰，正荣集团将不再以单纯的房地产开发商形
象示人，随着未来运营服务及资本投资的发展强大，正荣
集团将逐渐变身一家综合性的投资控股集团。
目前，正荣地产作为集团地产业务平台已经成立，基本实
现独立运转。商业物业板块，与地产板块形成协同效应。
此外，正荣未来还将展开在房地产产业链上游的探索，专
注向投资性、证券化、金融化的发展。
正荣商业，作为集团升级转型阶段的“三大产业”之一，
将是正荣集团持续关注、发力的领域。
正荣商业在不断成长。去年 12 月 18 日福建省莆田市首
开体验型国际购物中心，一举刷新行业内购物中心开业记
录至今， 之后跃进福州，挥师湘江。9 月正荣商业战略以
及视觉 vi 全新升级。11 月，正荣商业总部搬迁上海。
12 月 16 日，正荣商业又一力作——福州正荣·财富中心
盛大开业，将成为福州大学城片区繁荣核心所在，深刻改
变大学城商圈消费者的生活习惯和消费方式。
而未来，更让人期待，长沙、上海、南京、武汉，不止于此，
正荣商业将开业 10 多个商业项目，未来 5 到 10 年可达
30 到 50 个。
接下来，集团将重点培育正荣商业的后期运营、管理能力，
实现大商业的保值增值，同时加大社区商业开发力度，开
创高价值的商业模式，打造“国内一流品质型商业”。
